How a coaching session works
Udgivet d. 13. January 2025
A coaching session is a collaborative process between me as your coach and you as my client, focusing on ensuring that you achieve your desired outcomes. It is conducted as a partnership and typically follows a clear structure.
A coaching session consists of three phases:
1. Agreeing on the session’s goals
Together, we define what you wish to achieve during the session.
2. Exploring the problem/goal and co-creating solutions
We delve into your dilemma or goal and work together to identify potential solutions or directions.
3. Conclusion and follow-up
We create a plan to ensure you retain your insights or initiate the desired changes.

How many sessions do you need?
It is possible to benefit from a single session – however, experience shows that multiple sessions provide an opportunity to delve even deeper and create lasting changes. This also allows time to build trust and familiarity with the process.
What can you expect from coaching?
Coaching is an effective method to quickly gain clarity over a dilemma and find a way forward.
Your coach acts as a “Thinking Partner”, helping you gain clarity and direction – always on your terms.
