Step into your full potential

My client, recently made redundant due to downsizing, took the opportunity to reflect on her career path. Rather than return to a familiar role, she sought something more—one that would align with her strengths and aspirations.

As her coach and Thinking Partner over the last six months, we explored her core values and unique talents. She excels at fostering thriving teams, removing roadblocks, and envisioning the broader strategy. Together, we also unpacked her deep-seated beliefs about work, such as the notion that it must be difficult to be meaningful or that leadership is the only truly valuable position.

With these reflections, she was able to craft a clear vision for her next role. She wanted to lead by creating a safe, collaborative culture where everyone shines. She sought a position of greater responsibility, leading larger teams, but one that felt more aligned with her strengths.

Over several months and many interviews, she refined her vision, turning down roles that didn’t align. Ultimately, she accepted a position that not only met her aspirations but allowed her to thrive by being her authentic self.
